REQUEST POLICE REPORT

How do I request a copy of my report?

All requests must be in writing.  The Seminole Police Department will send responses to your attention via email, U.S. Mail, or overnight shipping.  Most requests will be responded to within thirty (30) business days from the date the request is received. Please note that certain requests are not processed by the Seminole Police Department and are forwarded to other Tribal departments for review and handling.  Additional processing time beyond the estimated thirty (30) business days may be required if this occurs. Please find listed below the Seminole Police Department’s Seminole Police Report request processing fees. 

How much does a police report cost?

For responsive documentation equal to or less than fifteen (15) pages:

  • U.S. Mail (include a self-addressed legal size envelope) ..........$15.00 
  • Fed-Express (Standard Delivery) – no P.O. Boxes...................$25.00 
  • Digital Photographs – Cost per CD/DVD................................$20.00
For responsive documentation over fifteen (15)............................$1.00/page
